How to learn about mental health?

It gives us so much happiness to see more and more people and organizations over the past few years increasingly have conversations about mental health and its importance. But we still have a long way to go, and I think the number one way to have a community/society with people with stability when it comes to their mental health is to encourage everyone to learn more about what it is, how to deal with it and most importantly, realize how personal it is. Learning more about mental health, in general, would give you more and more clarity about how your mental space is, what methods can work for you personally and a lot more. Just always remember that you deserve to invest in your well-being a lot more than you currently are.
