Social Media Lead

We are looking for a social media lead that will:

  • Be responsible for managing the social media team and posting schedule for @my.kahani (as well as other social medias if/when we get them).

  • Be able to step in and complete a post and complete a post if necessary. In other words, the job itself is not about designing posts, but you should have some basic ability to in case of an emergency.

  • Ensure MyKahani stays on top of social media trends/current events and coordinate with the other teams to ensure all social media channels stay updated.

The ability to consistently deliver on deadlines is a must for all executive roles, but is especially important for social media.

 
 

Content Lead

The content lead will be responsible for:

  • The development and delivery of MyKahani's global content.

    • This will usually mean blogs/articles to go on MyKahani’s website, but it could also include content for social media (such as text for posts/stories), certain events, etc.

  • Reviewing & editing all content created by the content team.

  • Working closely with the social media team to ensure all content is relevant and well-marketed.

 

PR Lead

 

This role is a diverse but highly important one. The PR Lead will:

  • Lead all outreach and engagement efforts. Critically, this includes marketing & analytics for social media.

  • Build & manage relationships with educational institutions, mental health professionals, and other relevant organizations for potential collaborations.

  • Work closely with the events team to organize & collaborate upcoming events.

  • Generally be actively engaged in ensuring MyKahani touches as many people as possible.

For this role, the ability to connect with others is key.

Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Organizing all events & activities for MyKahani.

  • Keeping track of all the different upcoming events and working closely with the other leads to ensure that these events are properly advertised.

  • Working closely with the PR team to manage partnerships.
